This day trip will take you 150km north-east of Marrakech to the El Abid river with its picturesque waterfalls. Begin with the impressive natural arch at Imi-n-Ifri near the rural village of Demnate where you can walk down the many steps to the base of the cascades and pass under the arch overhead. Then continue to the Cascades d’Ouzoud set in beautiful mountain landscape where steps will once again take you to the bottom of the falls past pomegranate and olive trees and lots of opportunities to drink mint tea and enjoy the views!
